Gianmaria Delzanno - President
Gianmaria Delzanno has more than 25 years of investment banking experience and has worked in New York, London, Milan and Frankfurt. He began his career as an analyst in the M&A department of Warburg Paribas Becker in New York and SG Warburg in London. During this period, he worked with oil and gas companies and on financings for multinational companies.
In 1984, Gianmaria joined Wertheim & Co., a major bracket investment bank based in New York, where he was involved in several US and cross-border transactions in the chemical, industrial, retailing, automotive, software, business services, transportation, advertising and media sectors. Following the acquisition of Wertheim by Schroders plc, then a leading UK investment bank, he was also given responsibility for new business development in Europe.
In 1996, he founded Delzanno & Co. Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.
